The maMEDS user instructions help you organise your medications safely and effectively, ensuring better therapeutic outcomes.

Before you begin:

Make sure you have:

The medications that have been prescribed to you, along with the instructions from your pharmacist or doctor

• The Sealing Template
• Blisters
• Covers

​Important: Wash your hands thoroughly before you begin.

​Organisation Process Steps:

1. Placement of the Sealing Template

Place the maMEDS Sealing Template on a clean, flat surface.

2. Blister Application

Carefully align and place the blister into the designated slots on the Sealing Template.

3. Medication Unpacking

Remove the medication from its original packaging by pressing firmly at the appropriate spot (near the center of the tablet or capsule).

4. Placing Medication in the Blister

Insert the medication into the correct position in the blister, according to the prescribed day and time, as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist.

5. Cover Application

Peel off the adhesive backing from the cover and carefully place it over the blister.

6. Cover Sealing

Apply firm and even pressure on the cover to ensure the blister is completely sealed.

After the Procedure:

Storage: Store maMEDS Planner in a cool, dry place, away from children and pets.

Use with the App: Pair maMEDS Planner with the maMEDS app for smart devices to receive smart notifications and track your compliance.

B. How to use maMEDS Planner to take medications

1. Locate the Location Locate the correct location on the blister that corresponds to the day and time you take your medication (e.g. Monday/Morning).

2. Removing Medication Press firmly on the notch and release the medication.

3.Taking Medication Hold the medication in your hand and take it as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
