maMEDS I.K.E. (hereinafter the "Company") fully recognises the necessity of safeguarding the privacy of personal data of visitors/users of its website as well as their security, and therefore takes all necessary actions to achieve these objectives.
This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use of the website. This Privacy Policy clearly describes the types of personal data of visitors/users that may be collected by the Company in the context of entering/using the website.
Specifically, it will describe the ways and purposes for which users' data may be used, processed, and stored, always in compliance with applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and specifically in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as the national implementing law 4624/2019.
If any user does not agree with these terms, they should not request inclusion on the waiting list for the use of the Company's application, not complete the Company's research questionnaire either as a healthcare professional or as a patient, not provide their details to become a member of the Company's team, and not proceed with the process of completing the contact form with the Company. This Privacy Policy does not in any way cover the relationship between visitors/users of this website and any services that are not subject to the control and/or ownership of the Company.
User Personal Data
The visitor/user can visit the website maintained and managed by the Company without revealing their identity and without providing any personal information. In specific areas of this website, you may enter, if and when you wish, the corresponding requested personal data. These include the "Medication on Track" section, where you can request your inclusion on the waiting list for the use of the Company's Application, the "If you are a Healthcare Professional" and "Help us become better!" sections, where you can complete either as a healthcare professional or as a third party/patient special questionnaires participating in research conducted by the company, the "Become a member of our team" section, where you can request to become a member of our team, as well as the "Contact" subsection, where you can communicate with the Company.
In the context of using the Website, the Company may legally collect personal data for its users falling into the following categories:

Personal data, which the user is asked to complete to be included in the waiting list for the use of the Company's application. Specifically, the user fills in their email and telephone number in the corresponding field, so that a Company representative can call them to inform them about matters related to the application.

Personal data, which the user is asked to complete to answer the questionnaire and thus participate in the Company's research, either as a healthcare professional or as a third party/patient. In principle, the answers to the questionnaire are anonymous; however, you will be asked to fill in your gender, age, and profession if you are a healthcare professional.

Personal data that the visitor/user is asked to complete in the relevant field to request to become a member of the Company. Specifically, when electronically submitting the application, the visitor/user provides the following data: Full name, Email, as well as any personal data contained in the message and in the curriculum vitae that is sent.

Personal data which the user is asked to complete in order to communicate with the Company. In particular, the following personal data are required for communication: Full name, email address/email and any data that the user may include in the message that will be sent to the electronic contact address.
The Company also uses Google's service, "Google Analytics" in order to collect additional information about the user's behaviour within its software, such as the time spent on it and its various functions as well as the recording of the use of some of them, information however that does not constitute personal data of the application users according to the current legislation on personal data.

The Company is responsible for the protection of personal data collected through the Website, as well as for informing all involved staff about the Privacy Policy.
The Company guarantees that all of its staff as well as all of the members-partners that compose it will faithfully implement this Privacy Policy and will comply with the current legislation on the protection of personal data.

Information We Share
The Company does not trade, share, disclose, transmit or distribute, in any way, users' personal data to third parties. Transfer of personal data to third parties is allowed by exception only when required by law or by court, or by prosecutorial order.
Duration of Processing
The personal data collected from users will be stored and retained by the Company for as long as necessary to complete the purpose for which they have been collected, which in any case will be reasonable. Curricula vitae will be kept in the Company's databases for a period of 6 months, after which they will be automatically and permanently deleted.
Opt-Out Procedure
